All homes are designed with a concrete foundation and full basement or crawl space design, some plans contain both options. Optional foundation types can be reviewed with your local engineer to suit soil and drainage conditions.
All working drawings are available in complete mirror (reversed) images. All text and dimensions are mirrored for ease of reading and convenience. Be sure to order the correct plans if you require reverse plans.
